Hello @Arsyad_Azhari
The Windows Error 1309 could have several cause :
- user haven't the enough right to reach the installation folder
Try to verify if you have rights to reach that folder ( see on your screen shot the path )
- The folder acces has more than 256 caracters (
I supposed it is not your case if you use the recommended path for EPC
- An issue on the EPC installation module
uninstall EPC, download the last version of EPC V2.23 and install it again

Hi Arsyad,
Perhaps you can try to uninstall it. Shutdown and Restart the Laptop. Then install again.
Check if you have enough disk space.
Or Perhaps Installed it in different Folder. Hope help.
Hi Hendy & Dwinanto, if you have other solution please feel free to add.

I have the same problem. I can see in the installation guide that the operating system is windows 10, where I am trying to install on a windows server 2019, it may be the problem, and if so, what are my alternatives.
