Hello,
I've installed Ecostruxre Power Commission 2.26 and am having two issues. I can login, running the app as administartor, after a computer reboot. If I then close the app and open it again it it hangs on the start page flashing a red error unauthorized. If I reboot my computer it logs in fine. However once I login, I try to manually add a device which it can discover fine but then crashes on addding flashing again unauthorized.
Any help appreciated.

Could you provide the Windows version used ?
In addition, I advice you to contact your local Customer care center to have a deeper analysis of the issue
