Ecodial Calculation Issue

Can you please use the ‘operating modes’ feature to overcome your scenario.

Good day! I have a customer that is running Ecodial on windows through remote computer on a mac.
He has some trouble with it. It is taking a long time to launch and use it.
I would like to know how we can help him to optimize it.
Is there a special Ecodial for remote windows?
