Ecodial 4.9.7 keep crashing

When I click to move some load and it will crash. Is there any change to avoid that?

Can you please provide the project file and other information that which load you are trying to move and during the process do you receive any pop-up/error messages. With this informations, we can further help you.

I try to use mv source then it crashes, sometime after I calculate.no pop-up. or because of my computer?

I could able to open your project file in Ecodial 4.9.7 INT Version without any issue. Herewith i have attached the image of the opened file.

Kindly provide the log file data to analyze further ,still if you are facing the issue with project file .

The log file can be taken from the following path.

"C:\Users\####\AppData\Local\Schneider Electric\Logs"

Hi,

I also tried opening the project in my system. I can able to open the project file and can able to calculate it without any issue. 

I tried moving the loads and sources, I have not faced any issues. 

Still, you are facing the issue, kindly provide the log file after the crash happened. 

You can get the log file in the below location. 

"C:\Users\####\AppData\Local\Schneider Electric\Logs"
