Absolutely, in EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly known as Unity Pro), you can create a data structure that can be accessed via Ethernet/IP for clients to read the data. This can be achieved by defining variables in the Unity Pro project and then configuring the Ethernet/IP communication parameters in the PLC's configuration.
To do this, you would typically define the variables you want to share in the Unity Pro project and then configure the Ethernet/IP messaging settings in the M580 PLC configuration to allow external devices to read this data.
