Easergy T300 - Switchgear control failure code 6

I can't operate with my switch. Constantly receiving switch failure code 6. Tried switch manipulation in local mode (buttons) and remote mode (through web browser) but result is the same.

In manual I didn't find solution for my problem only the list of codes.

6 Command failed due to timeout waiting for enable from Head Unit
What is the reason for this problem? Where can I enable this?

This code means that the SC has failed to get a response to its request to the Head Unit to check that the battery and power supply is in good condition and is available for the SC to use.

Normally the head unit will send its response (yes or no) within 5 seconds. If it doesn't send anything then there is a fault in the Head Unit (unlikely) or a problem with the configuration (more likely).

Please send a copy of your configuration, the event log and the system logs for the HU and SC to the support team for analysis. It may be that part of the configuration required for the switch control interlocks has been accidentally changed.
