Hi,
I got an EVLink Pro AC installed by the building owner. I'll have to operate it, in particular, I need a recording of the charging processes. There's no ocpp backend.
According to @JanM it's not possible to pull the charge details from the device. But it can be pushed using ftp, email or https. With an older firmware this was kind of broken (configuring email made an http/put of the raw mail while https did nothing), so I updated to firmware version 1.6.1. But it didn't help. When I configure https, nothing happens, even though the status page of the eSetup app shows midnight as the last transmission.
I'd like to store the charge details using https. Does anyone have experience with this or has it worked for someone?
Kind regards
Martin

Hello
I does not work for the moment in 1.6.1
R&D is currently working on a fix.
In the meantime, I suggest to use email or FTP
Best regards

Hello,
do you know when the fix will be released? I'm not allowed to use the charging station as long there's no accounting. This is all very annoying.
Unfortunately, FTP isn't working either. Although the eSetups status page shows midnight as the last transfer, there hasn't even been an attempt to connect to the FTP server. Double-checked the address, of course. Strangely enough, the exported configuration does not contain any information about the FTP server; only GENERAL_frequency=1 and GENERAL_protocol=3, which probaly is the setting for daily ftp transfer. Can you see the ftp settings in your exported configuration?
Kind regards
Martin

Hello
This bug is not a priority due to low use case and there are others solutions to get the CDR.
For FTP I tested and it works on my side.
Did you use the passive mode ?
here my configuration

Hello,
I've tried the ftp passive switch, but haven't seen any connection attempt. Switched to OCPP, in order to record carge details. Although this works quite well, I am now facing the problem that the charging point remains in "Preparing" after authorization but with no car being connected. Since the charging point lights up green continuously again after a while, the "successfully-authorized" status cannot be recognized from the outside.
Is this a case that I would have to handle via OCPP, or is there a setting on the EVLink to cancel authorizations if no vehicle is being connected within some time?
This actually happens quite frequently because some drivers hold the charging card in front of the RFID reader a few seconds too long when removing the charging cable-
Thanks for any tips!
Martin
