Hi Xperts,
User account with "operator" role doesn't have access to RFID management? Just want to confirm this since this will be the account we should be providing to the facility managers so they will not be able to modify any configurations but have the power to manage the RFIDs. Publications says EV Charging Expert supports this "An operator can manage authentication and check transactions", however, if you access the operator role user account there is no tab for RFID supervision/management. Am I interpreting this correctly or did I miss a step to activate the RFID supervision?
Thanks in advance,
Jedz

Hello @jedzruiz1985
The user guide is wrong.
The operator cannot manage the RFID cards.
You have to use admin profile to manage it.
The user guide will be corrected in a next version.
Thanks
Louis

Hi Louis,
Thanks for your response. So, if this is the case. we are obliged to provide the facility manager admin rights? Downside to this, the configurations are not secured.
Will there be a firmware upgrade to address this? That the operator will be able to manage the RFID badges, adding, deleting, authenticating and etc.?
