I have received an email as per the following

We want to bring your attention to an important upcoming application update for EcoStruxure Power Commission (EPC).

Key Details

Version: EPC 2.34

Release Date: December 16, 2024

Mandatory Upgrade: after December 31, 2024, any version of EPC that is 2.33 or older will no longer be supported.

Please upgrade to EPC 2.34 to ensure uninterrupted access to the software.

We also have an alarm on the login page of the EPS2.33 version advising us that it is mandatory to upgrade to V2.34 before the end of January to allow a new login experience.

WE cannot find any other reference or link to the EPC2.34 upgrade.

Please provide a link to the V2.34 upgrade location to allow for this upgrade.

Has anyone been able to get the required software update?  The Schneider website still hasn't updated with the required version.  It's baffling that this still hasn't been resolved.

Release Date: 8th of Feb 25

Mandatory Upgrade: After the delivery of the v2.34 any version of EPC that is 2.33 or older will no longer be supported.

This upgrade is essential due to our migration to the Enterprise Information Management (eIM) system, which aims to enhance cybersecurity compliance across all Schneider Electric platforms. The current IDMS login mechanism will reach its end of life on March 2025. Starting end of Jan 2025, we will transition to the new cIAM/eIM-based system for improved security.

We strongly recommend that you ask partners to upgrade to EPC 2.34 to ensure uninterrupted access to the software. Your timely cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we are here to assist you throughout the upgrade process.

Can you please provide us with a link or instructions on where to find the download for the required EPC V2.34.  This original post addressed and requested. The only version that is available to download is EPC V2.33.0.  on the Schneider website.  We need correction action asap.

Yes, you need to update the software from V 2.33 to V 2.35. Which will be available in coming week for market Release.

Hi Greg,

yes the communication was to upgrade tomV 2.34, Due to EIM migration, The nEw login process we have not released V 2.34 for all customers and stake holders.

V 2.35 will be the official version to be updated.
