EPC licensing query

Hi all,

In a pool of users using a number of seats in an EPC licence, is it possible to see from each users laptop exactly what ID is used in a licence? I need to determine in my company section who is using which licence; are they part of my multi-seat licence or on a separate one.

Can you view a User ID easily to determine if a particular laptop has activated a shared Activation ID?

Thanks,

Brian

Hello Brian

To manage the EPC users in your own company, you have to buy EPC licenses directly from your own MySchneider account. In that case, you will be able to see all your licences and manage its ( ID user modification, timing for reordoring,... ).

Please contact your local commercial entity to check the readiness for the MySchneider platform purchasing process for EPC.

Thanks very much for the reply. We purchased a new licence last February with 9 seats but since recent upgrades in versions of EPC, two of my colleagues have lost activation status on their seats. Of the 9 seats, we can account for 7 that would have been activated (less two of the lost activations, making it now 5), yet trying to activate one of the remaining seats for another colleague does not work. I did open a case, but I am not having much success in getting a resolution, hence asking here in the community. I am being told by SE that all 9 seats have been activated, so I was trying to establish exactly how the remaining seats were activated.

Thanks again,

Brian
