Hello Rafael,

After some investigations, it appears that you refer to a Sepam 2000 replacement by a Sepam 80.

This process is not completed through a firmware download, but through a referenced service, in our Service catalog.

Sepam 2000 is not longer supported since more than 10 years,

Unfortunately, spare parts are no longer available. In case of failure, recovery time could be very long. 

Our humble recommendation is to renew this SEPAM 2000 with SEPAM 80, scheduling this modernisation operation during planned shut-down for maintenance

An ECOFIT offer exists allowing replacement of this Sepam 2000 in very fast way. same form factor and real plug'n play.
