Can someone fix error {1}? Ecodial

Hello,

For unknown reasons, while working with the EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial 5.0.2 program, it unexpectedly closed during the electrical network modeling process. Upon reopening the program, it consistently reports errors, making it impossible to restart.

 Windows 10 Pro.

Can you provide the recent log file(you can find under the location C:\Users\AppData\Local\Schneider Electric\Logs) along with the error message screenshot.

Thanks for replying. 

We have fixed that issue in the project file. 

If you still face the issue while launching the application, kindly uninstall and reinstall the application and try to open the project file.
