Cable size for Grounding

Dear Experts,

I have a question that would like to hear your insight please.

Do you have any standard for cable size for grounding cable &  how many % from phase/line cable size ?

We have standards for this that can be found in our handbook for our assembly engineers.
Our handbook is within the lines and conform the NEN norms.
Its, ofcourse in our native language; Dutch. This however should be easily translatable and referable.
