Yesterday we were back on site installing a Prisma panel that we had manufactured last month.
Our customer needed a metering and monitoring solution. Although we normally recommend Facility expert Energy/Smart Power for these types of applications our customer did not want to pay ongoing subscription charges.
Not a problem with the offers that we have available to us. Instead of using a Com'X 210 we supplied a Com'X 510. This will give our customer the ability to connect the panel to the local network and view information along with simple dashboards.
Sometimes you have to think outside the box and be ready to offer an alternative solution to that which you normally offer. Much better than simply reverting to meters with RS485 connected to nothing.
