Hi, I just looked at your presentation on thermal monitoring of switchgear. We are now told that AFDD's will detect arcs and disconnect power supplies to provide a safer installation. Presumably they are made to disconnect the types of events caused by loose connections, is that correct? How reliable are these devices against loose connections and what percentage of the fires caused by loose connections will be prevented by their use?
