EcoStruxure Power Commission project management

Hello,

Writing here since, beacuse of the lack of knowledge at local suport team.

My experience with EcoStruxure Power Commission is not overall positive. 

In my opinion working with programming "smart panels" has been  an trial in patience...

It`s slow, lot`s of connection errors, strange set up, if it stops in 99%, just hit cancel and it is suddenly finished.... Etc...etc..

(PS; have not testet new version yet.) 

But my main questions about EcoStruxure Power Commission:

1. Why can`t we switch user easly? Log on and off? In our panel shop, there could be different users shearing the same computer.
2. Why cant we hit a web link and get acess to the uploaded files in cloud?? 
3. Why can`t I see shared project files (from other users) in my project window or the possibilty to se them in the cloud?
4. Why can`t we export a project to a file and store this localy??
5. Is there a local windows folder that we can extract projectfiles  and share them between users?

PS; I need acess to a different users EPC files, and this person has quit my company, so this will be fun.

Hi @geir_eas_no_bfo,

I think you are looking for the .pcet files.

You can find them on your harddive. C:\Users\USER\Documents\Schneider-Electric\Ecoreach\Projects\

If u copy the files to your own ``user`` path than the projects are avalivble in EPC.
