Citect Scada 2018 pada salah satu client muncul hardware alarm seperti ini. Sudah dilakukan cek koneksi kabel ethernet normal, ping server dan client lainnya juga bisa. Project yang digunakan sama dengan client lainnya. Hanya saja pada komputer client yang ini muncul alarm seperti ini. Mungkin ada yang pernah mengalami atau kemungkinan penyebab dan solusinya seperti apa. Terima kasih 🙏

1. Ensure the Citect SCADA runtime is running and you can ping the server
2. Verify the server is running, and the project is active
3. Make sure that project running on the client and server is the same, that the shared Server secret is the same on all nodes
4. Inspect INI file: Verify the [ctAPI] Remote=1
setting

Hello. Did you solve this problem.
I got the same issue in our Citect Client.
The other Clients are connected to the IOServer1 but one of them are connect to the IOServer2 because can´t find IOServer1 and give me a error message "Tran authentication failed"
Please, give me a feedbak.
