Erro HRESULT=0xe0000000 on IDR0 ao tentar comunicar módulo OTB_1CO_DM9LP com PLC M340 via protocolo CANopen

Olá a todos,

Estou enfrentando um problema ao tentar comunicar um módulo OTB_1CO_DM9LP da Schneider Electric com um PLC M340 utilizando o protocolo CANopen. Durante o processo de configuração, estou recebendo o seguinte erro: HRESULT=0xe0000000 on IDR0

Já verifiquei as conexões físicas, a configuração de endereçamento, e assegurei que tanto o módulo quanto o PLC estão na mesma sub-rede e configurados corretamente. Também atualizei o firmware dos dispositivos e utilizei o software Unity Pro para configurar o módulo.

Agradeço qualquer ajuda ou orientação que possam fornecer.
