140 series PLC card failure problem.

Hello, This is Gopinath Das from Bangladesh. I am working in Power plant. We are using  140 series PLC card. We are facing frequent PLC card failure problem. So, 1. what are the key reasons for such failure. 2. Can I get PCB(printed circuit board) internal schematic diagram of cards( AVI, ARI,ATI, DDI, DDO and ACO card)?

Hi @gpnthdas,
1. Schneider team need to check the module to know what is the reasons your module was broken, what I suggest right know is, you need to upgarde the PLC to M580 series, that 140 series is already Discontinued on:Jul 7, 2021 and To be end-of-service on:Dec 31, 2026.
2. I think you can't get it, its factory confidential.
