Dear All,

TM241CE40R new,when I click on login, it shows message " Selected target system is different from the connected device"

please help

HI

SoMachine V4.3 Will not work with PLC firmware V5.0.8.4 that is already installed. The firmware version on the PLC must be V4.X.

Get a copy of Ecostruxure Machine Expert and use that software as its compatible with the new M241 firmware. You can also try and downgrade the firmware using Controller assistant software which should already be installed with your SoMachine Software
