Read data from third party tool to TM221ME16R

Hi everyone,

i'm a newbie trying to read modbus TCP/IP using a third party tool into TM221ME16R because the default rs485 port is not working, I'm using USR-TCP232-410S as a TCP server and have problems read data from it using EcoStruxure machine expert-basic, have an idea to solve this problem?

I would recommend using the IO Scanner. It is fairly straightforward  and it is well covered on YouTube. Best of luck on your project.
