M258 controller have problem

Found a problem with Schneider PLC M258. It turns on, MS indicator becomes green for one second, then turns off and never turns on again. Manual says MS lamp staying off means the PLC is powered off, but both system and field +24V are present.

Eth ST/NS are forever blinking red three times, meaning Ethernet is initializing.

It seems the PLC CPU is dead or half dead.

Ethernet has link when plugged to a switch, but there is no activity, and it doesn't respond to LAN pings.

When mini USB is plugged to programming port, it registers to Windows as NIC device.

Any ideas?
