M241 Default Username Password

I got my new M241 version 5.0.8.4 and MachineExpert trial license but default password is not working, any suggestion? I can’t download the program by this combination. 😭

I would suggest you install a fresh firmware using a SD card. You can write latest firmware to SD card using the Controller Assistant tool.

I have provided some screenshots to help you write firmware on SD card.

I tried login with the default id password and it is giving me this error.

I'm having the same problem with a new TM241, maybe trying with SD card.

In your case, you have to enter the User name -> Owner without password - (keep the password field empty)

So, Later you can change and adapt the password for the user ‘Owner’ in the project settings -> Users and Groups -> User ‘Owner’.

Keep the field of the old password empty, and define a new one.
