Have you ever had to update the DTM version in instantiated devices in an existing project?
The most effective way to update the DTM version is to change the IP address of the NOC or CPU that is managing the devices. i.e. change the IP address of the client device (CPU or NOC module) to a different subnet. It is best to change the first octet of the IP address to do this. Build the project (this will then go through and change the IP address of each device instance and at the same time update the DTM version). If you have many devices this process will take some minutes to complete, but this is much better than changing each device instance one at a time. When the build is complete, change the IP address of the Client device back to the original IP address. Rebuild the project.
It usually more efficient if build changes is used, however a full rebuild all will achieve the same result.
