Hello! I'm having two issues when upgrading the firmware on these two devices using EcoStruxure Automation Device Maintenance:
1. I want to upgrade the BMENOR2200H - X80 Advance RTU module. I added it through the catalog using the commercial reference BME*** (upgraded). I was able to connect and follow all the steps, but it never loads 100% and the following error occurs:
2. The same error occurs if I try to update the BME P58 2040 driver, I manage to connect to the device, but at the time of updating, it charges up to 20% (as seen in the image) and does not update.
I have tried different firmware versions but none are able to load to the target device.
These are the versions I want to install and by device:
All files are downloaded from the update center to the local repository
At the time of download, the rack where the PLC and HMI are located is well energized, there is no electrical problem that prevents the update.
With the PLC I connect via Ethernet through the Modbus TCP detection protocol and for the NOR2200 module I connect from the catalog
