Friends, please help me, I’m trying to send the CND command Word16bit  (CND-adress 8501) for run Altivar930 word to the frequency converter, through Unity Pro, but I’m new to MODICON, please tell me how I can send the command words to the frequency converter using the RTU modbus, the plc-altivar930 connection is configured ok

Is there a reason you are using Modbus RTU and not Modbus TCP?

If you use TCP then you can use the IO scanner service in the drive (Unit ID 255, start address 0 for length for both read and write)

If you have to use RTU then you can give the drive a Serial address (1-247) and use the Comms Scanner service (modbus field address of drive, read start at 12741 for up to 8 length, write address start at 12761 for a length of up to 8).

In either case you need to set the drive to have its CMD channel 1 from the desired source (ethernet or modbus serial) and if you want to se the speed from there as well you can either use Combined Channel profile or IO profile if you want a simpler starting procedure.
