Hello,
I have a problem in one of new TM241CE40R controller. I couldn't set the IP Address of that controller.
Right now, the current IP is 0.0.0.0 by DHCP. I have tried some change in setting like:
1. Upgrade firmware to v5.1.9.25 via PC or SD Card with fix IP (example : 192.168.0.10)
2. Change communication setting when connecting to PC
3. Using post configuration
But none of those method worked and the IP still same (0.0.0.0). I have also tried to another new TM241CE40R controllers, but I haven't found a problem like that. Can it be solved ?

Hi. Just a question, du you have a cable in the Ethernet port and, if so, is the other end of the ethernet cable connected to equipment.
If no cable is attached to the Ethernet port, the IP address would be 0.0.0.0

Hi, thank you for your reply.
When I checked the IP address, there's no connection to the ethernet port of controller.
I also tried to check the connection via ethernet using default address of the controller, but still got no connection.
So, after I checked again, turns out there's a pin in ethernet port of controller that bent slightly.
When I test again after a little fix, the PC can connect to the controller via ethernet connection.
Therefore, there's a little problem in the hardware controller.
