Unable to Connect to M241 PLC via Ethernet in Schneider EcoStruxure

I'm having difficulty connecting to an M241 PLC via Ethernet using Schneider's EcoStruxure Machine Expert. Here are the current network configurations:

• PLC IP: 10.10.34.11

• PLC Subnet: 255.255.255.0

• PC IP: 10.10.34.12

• PC Subnet: 255.255.255.0

In the Gateway Management Console, I have added the PLC IP address (10.10.34.11) under Static Remote Connections, and it appears connected as Client 1.

My goal is to upload the project from the PLC, as I don't have the original project file — this is for backup/recovery purposes.

Despite the correct IP setup and client connection, I'm still unable to log in or establish a connection in EcoStruxure to upload the project.

Any urgent assistance or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.

check firmware of PLC first.
