OPCUA Server Fault - M241

Hi, 

After a power cycle, we currently have a System Fault 1 for OPCUA Server Fault, and can no longer communicate to the controller via OPCUA. 

We have downloaded code many times and cycled power. Any ideas on how to get the server operating again?

I have same issue, in logs it says mRemoteCall(StartOpcUaRCCallback)': StartOpcUaRCCallback: loading failed. And in best case scenario controller does not see any OPC UA client, in worse case controller just crushes out with Not Available signature in controller list. Anybody solvse this mistery?
