Mashine expert error netmanage

Good day, I have a problem with connect to PLC TM241CE40R. Machine expert v2.3 dialog an error (file download below) : couldn't find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files \Schneider Electric Shared\NetmanagedServer'.

Hello,

I just fall over your post. I guess you are talking on Machine Expert V2.0.3.

In case of a missing component please make sure the component was selected during installation.

In addition you should have admin priviledges while executing the software and make sure no AntiVirus software is blocking the component.
