Get your CAD into EcoStruxure Machine Expert Twin with a GUI-based CAD Import
[video]
Let’s get a view on the capabilities of EcoStruxure Machine Expert Twin and how your custom mechanical design sets the base for a digital twin of the machine.
It all starts with the mechanical design provided with a CAD file in various file formats. This can be imported either as a single entity representing the complete mesh as one object, or the user chooses to keep the structure of the original file. All meshes will be kept individually and their hierarchical structure remains and is reflected in the solution explorer. The video gives a glimpse of the feature in action.
Do you use digital twins of machines in your company already?
We would be delighted to hear your views on the potential impact of digital twin technology on your daily work!
