Ethernet communication between M241 and ATV930

Hi guys,

I am having some trouble reading data from the ATV drive.

I have done this setup many times before with another PLC brand and ATV drives, so the drive configuration should be correct.

It seems like I am missing an instruction to activate the connection.

The EDS file imports into the hardware configuration without issues, and the drive configuration is readable via Machine Expert.

When going online, the Industrial_Ethernet_Manager shows a green status, but the Altivar9xx keeps displaying a red status. 

Any idea what might be missing?

Could it be a missing Function Block like EipControl or something?

Hi

The device descriptions are provided for the schneider-electric slaves with the installation of MachineExpert, so you do not have to install them with an EDS. Try using the pre-installed device description for the ATV9xx and let us know if it still doesn't work.
