For a new, flexible, intelligent and high-speed automatic feeding system for a packaging machine that can also accommodate asymmetrically shaped chocolates, ACMA was looking for a solution that would make it possible to:

• Reduce the machine’s footprint
• Incorporate a modular design and high performance
• Speed up time-to-market

ACMA, a Coesia company, has been working with Schneider Electric for over 20 years, implementing our motion control and industrial automation solutions. For this project, they opted for an EcoStruxure Machine solution with digital twins and robotics. Schneider supported ACMA throughout the two-year project, from the development of the prototype to the commissioning of the system.
