Automation Server BBMD
We have a site with an Automation Server at one location, serving as a BBMD for two MP-C-15s at two other locations. I have very little experience dealing with BBMDs and am not certain we have it configured correctly. Both controllers are configured as a foreign device, pointed towards the IP address of the AS (10.3.6.19). We have a single BBMD entry point created under the IP network of the AS BACnet interface, with an IP of the AS (10.3.6.19). At times, both controllers remain online without issue. However, every few weeks one controller or the other goes offline and it seems the only way to get them back online is to modify the IP address of the entry point and return it back to 10.3.6.19. Any help would be much appreciated.
