Analog Input Scaling of Partial Raw Value

Hi I am new to M221 and Machine Expert Basic; and need to scale an analog input signal to a portion of its raw input value. 

4-20ma Input

0-100 Pressure Transmitter

For example on a Rockwell scaling instruction I would use something like 

(Input Min Scale = 6000 & Input Max Scale = 18500) with a scaled output of (Output Min = 0 & Output Max = 100). 

But it seems Machine Expert will only let me scale to the full range of the transmitter 4000 - 20000. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have been banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out. I do think I have a good handle on moving the analog into a holding register and then converting a real number once I figure out this bit.
