How to establish communication between Modicon PLC M251 and Terminal Server

With reference to the above subject, Please advise if is there possibility of establish communication between PLC's and Terminal servers (Like serial to Ethernet MOXA NPort 5650, RS232 devices), connection of multiple serial devices to Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet (Virtual serial ports)

Additional information related on the above query on site the flow computers Accuload.net have being assigned the same address numbers ID[1,2.3] and connected on TAS sofware (Fuel facs):- Total number is 5 can change this assigned addresses IDs to suite Modbus requirement of unique ID , because those address are shared with TAS Software.

yet PLC has ONE serial daisy chain connection wont work because of sharing modbus ID numbers?
