lxm32cd72n4 Drive _M_Maxoverload issue
Hello Experts..
We are using an LXM32CD72N4 drive with a BMH140 (3-phase servo motor) to lift approximately 500 kg from water as part of an R&D project. The PLC programs are quite basic, involving lifting to a specified height and dropping based on sensor signals. However, the servo runs 2-3 times (occasionally 5-6) before the motor stops automatically without displaying any error messages. There are no signs of stress or overload. The lift operates up to a height of 2-3 meters before gradually stopping. From the SoMove dashboard, we observed that the "_M_Maxoverload" value increases during operation and the motor stops once this value reaches 105 or higher. Could there be a specific reason why this counter is increasing gradually? pls share your thoughts.. incase if i can contact you directly, pls share your details.. Thanks for your support..
