comunicacion pantalla hmigxu3500 y plc m241 por puerto serie

 En la configuración del vijeo designer basic no permite seleccionar puerto de comunicacion por defecto esta El COM1 pero la pantalla se comunica con El Com2, con el plc (entrando en la pantalla de conf. en el modo test de comunicacion el com1 no se comunica pero el com2 si reconoce la comunicacion.

Pero fisicamente solo tiene com2 la pantalla, como resuelvo este incoveniente.gracias

It's been a long time since i do not play with the HMIGXU range but based on the Hardware guide the HMIGXU3500 only has one port, check page 14 and 16:
