Good morning,
I am having a problem with the control expert classic 15.3 software
After a while this one asks me for a username and password to launch the software. However, no login and password work and I did not configure any during the installation of the software.

I do have a procedure to delete this window and restart the software but it only works for a while and this window reappears.
Do you have any ideas to correct this problem?

I encountered the same issue and opened a tech support case. This is the response I received:
"This is a common issue globally with Control expert V15.3. Our R&D team is working hard to resolve this.
The only solution at the moment is to repair the software or uninstall/re-install or revert back to version 15.2." I re-installed and it has been fine since.
