I am having trouble downloading the Vijeo Designer Basic program to my computer.
When I checked the existing files on my computer, I could not find any files related to Vijeo Designer Basic. I deleted all the existing Vijeo Designer Basic files.
I had a virtual disk on my computer. I also completely deleted the files on the virtual disk.
But I keep getting the error "Uninstall the old version"
