We are working with an HMI of type HMIST6500. We downloaded a project created by EOTE v3.3 Hotfix1 into the HMI and it displayed download successful message. However, the touchscreen is not responding after startup even though it displays correctly. Is it because we haven't enabled touch function or version compatibility issue or is there another issue causing this? How can we resolve this?
