I try to connect the PLC with UnityPro but I have ERR and I/O blinking, this problem I try to change RACK (RKY6) and Power Supply (PSY2600) already.

Someone please help to solve a problem of CPU was show ERR and I/O blinking.

I think your CPU is in error. Can you connect to it?
If you have a memory card inserted, make sure it is correctly seated.

Anyway, I'm install all new CPU and power supply on RACK (TSXRKY6EX) but the alarm still there (ERR and I/O blinking)

It looks like; we build a new project with new equipment.
