RESETING HMIST6400

Good evening team.

Has anyone witnessed hmist6400 failing to load and stops on green loading bar half way.

i have failed to access the recovery mode screen. Any trick i can try out, is there any reset button.

if the boot file is corrupted is there any way to recover it.

Hi @kasmic_mike ,

We have the possibility to access into the "Broken Mode" of the HMI that will allow us to re-download the application in case a problem showed up in the device. Depend on the firmware of the HMI you have two methods (which i believe you tried):

If the Broken mode does not work then you will need to contact the Service or Technical person (ADE / PAE /SAE) of Schneider so they can perform the HMI Recovery (Aurora). This is a process only done by Schneider and can not be distributed to the customers.

Thanks for the response and the advise given However i ahve tried all the above solutions to the harmony HMIST6400 but it has failed.

1. i pressed the right corners during restarting, it failed.
2. I have tried the left corn pressing it still failed.
3. I have tried pressing the diagonal corner.
4. Anyone with an idea please share
