Project Signature Mismatch Error in Vijeo Designer v6.2 SP4

Hello, When we try open a Vijeo Designer project file using the software Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP4, the above error message was given. The project file details are as follows.
Version Created (09/02/2019) - 6.2.4 Build 3501 
Version Modified (30/06/2022) - 6.2.4 Build 3514 
We tried opening the file using v6.3 as well, but it gave the same error message.

Can i know the reason for this error and a compatible version that this file can be opened?

Hello,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to open higher-version projects with lower versions. That’s why you received this warning. I’m currently using version 6.2 SP12. Honestly, the program and software version you have are quite old. I believe if both of you use version 6.2 SP12, there shouldn’t be any problem. I hope your issue gets resolved. I tried opening the project file after upgrading to version 6.2 SP12 as well, but still could not open it.
