On Altivar 71 the red LED light is not working, and also the heatsink fan is working non-stop

On Variable Speed Drive - Schneider Altivar 71 (ATV71HD22N4), the red LED light (capacitor charging LED) is not working, regardless if the drive is running or not. Also the heatsink fan is working non-stop, its not switching off. What can be the problem?

It seems that there is some firmware failure, is there any way to update id?

Thank You for your respond. I have checked the drive and I found this: Appl. software V6.5 IE80; MC Software V2.8 IE42; Product V6.5 IE83. We will try to update it in the following days and let you know if that is the exact problem.
