Machine expert script

I am trying to automate configurations of TM3 modules in machine expert using python script.

I am able to create a TM3AM6/G and change  the I/O mapping but I have not been able to change IO configuration of each input and output.

I can read out the values of IW0 {0, 32, 0, 12000, 0, 0} but I can not modify the values.  

for IO in IOModules.get_all_parameters():
    if IO.VisibleName=="IW0":
        print(IO.Value)

Result: {0, 32, 0, 12000, 0, 0}

Hi, I have tried to modify it and use the set_parameter method but this results in corrupt module. In my opinion I need to go down one more level to see all the individual sub elements and with a different method change them one by one.

I can see the sub elements in the modules .xml file.
