Machine Expert setup

Hello,

i am new to the software here. I got a project from external company.

So i downloaded Machine Expert 1.2 and tried to open the archive. That works so far.

In the project there is also HMI (Vijeo). If i try to open i get an error stating that the project is in newer version...
How can i update it?

Hello Mr. Reiner, 

You need to install higher service pack for VJD. I suggest you to install SP12. Kindly see link below:
