HI,

I am working with a TM172PBG42R PLC. While connecting to PLC via USB cable, the PLC freezes suddenly. The eco structure machine expert HVAC software also freezes. While establishing communication, the PLC will connect first then suddenly system will hang/freeze.

We tried restarting PLC, but still same.

We have one more PLC of same model which works fine.

Both PLC's are new.

Does anyone have experienced same issue?
