When installing ecostruxure control expert 16.0, it seems to be going successfully until the end, but suddenly it gives an error and does not complete the installation.
I have attached the installlog file as attachment, can you help me with what I need to do?

Hello @Ezberserdar
I saw Error 1722 in the file. Is this the one you're seeing? Share a screenshot of the error. I've also seen that you were using Control Expert 15.2, or at least that there are traces of that version.
If this error occurs, it's usually a case of properly uninstalling other versions of Control Expert (image attached).
On the other hand, you're using the ISO Control_Expert_V16.0-IR11G, and we're currently using the ISO Control_Expert_V16.0-IR11M.iso.

Please uninstall the previous version of Control Expert and all its add-ons as indicated in the help and download the latest ISO.
If you still have any problems, you should contact technical support in your country.
I hope my advice can help you

@Ezberserdar I have the same issue and I currently am working with support to hopefully resolve this. I will post an update when I have one.

@Ricard I believe you are a Schneider employee so I have a question to you about your comment quoted above. How an end user can figure out that the installation file that he/she is using is not current. I understand that there is a letter but it is still version 16.0. Schneider should reconsider version numbers and maybe go to 16.0.1, 16.0.2, etc. Additionally I don't think there is a way to tell which version you have installed on the machine (if you do not have access to installation file). Also maybe update tool should notify about this.

Dear @ciupol
You're right, I'm part of the Schneider Electric team.
The ISO issue doesn't affect the CE version, it will always be the same CE version. It's just the software installation package.
We release different versions to improve interaction with the Operating System and fix potential issues, but you'll always only be able to find the latest version of the ISO on se.com.
I hope I have answered your questions.😊
