How to find IP address of TSXETG100 if default IP isn't working?

I need to configure TSXETG100, however, the default IP address isn't working. Is there a way to find the configured IP address or reset the device to default?

Have you considered setting up a local network with your laptop and the TSXETG then using WireShark to find the address via ARP request logging or other similar methods? It's not too complicated and there are many tutorials online for how to do it.

Thanks @Shanoes

I found this method in one of the other community forums and it worked. Just start a trace using Wireshark of the connected Ethernet port and power cycle the gateway and you will find an ARP request from the gateway with its IP address. A little search thru the ARP trace messages will help you identify the ARP message from the gateway with its IP address (from multiple other ARP requests containing broadcast / other IP addresses).

And its works for other Modbus gateways as well.

It seems there is a possibility with a null-modem-cable via RS232 you could find information in the installation guide.
